From first idea
to funded.
Pitch decks, strategy, training and mentorship for founders in Egypt and beyond, delivered by one senior team that treats your business like its own.
What happens on the first call
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch from us.
- 1You talk
Where the business stands today and what is blocking it.
- 2We ask
The questions an investor or a customer would ask you next.
- 3You leave with a view
What we would do first, even if you never hire us.
Where founders get stuck
Six situations we are called into most often, and what we do about each.
You have a deck and no meetings
It reads like a company profile rather than an argument, so investors skim it and never reply.
What we do. We rebuild the story first, then the slides.
You have traction and no plan
Revenue is coming in but nobody can say which channel produced it or what happens next quarter.
What we do. We turn what works into a plan with owners and dates.
You have a model you cannot defend
The spreadsheet was built backwards from a target, and the first hard question breaks it.
What we do. We rebuild it from drivers you can stand behind.
You are the bottleneck
Every decision routes through you, and hiring feels riskier than staying overloaded.
What we do. We scope the first hires and the handover.
You freeze on the follow-up questions
The pitch goes fine until someone asks about churn, competitors or the ask.
What we do. We run the Q&A at you before the real room does.
You have an idea and nothing else
No entity, no validation, no idea whether anyone will pay for it.
What we do. We test the idea before you spend on building it.
Four services, explained properly
Every startup gets a different mix. Here is what each one actually involves.
Pitch Deck
We build the story, the slides and the numbers with you, then rehearse the questions investors will actually ask. You leave with a deck, a narrative you can deliver from memory, and answers to the hard parts.
02Strategy
Market sizing from the bottom up, a business model that holds together, and a plan with dates and owners against it. Built from your numbers rather than a template, so you can defend every line of it.
03Training
Workshops for founders and teams, run at the stage you are actually at. Pitching, financial literacy, go to market, and the operating habits that keep a young company from stalling. In Arabic or English.
04Mentorship
A senior consultant in your corner between the milestones. Regular sessions for the decisions that have no obvious answer: pricing, the first hires, when to raise, and when to walk away from a deal.
Any stage, as long as you are serious
The work changes shape depending on where you are. The standard does not.
Nothing built yet
You have a problem worth solving and no entity, no validation and no first customer. We test whether the idea holds before you spend on building it.
First customers, no system
Something is selling but it depends entirely on you. We turn what works into a repeatable process and put numbers around it.
Going to the market
You need a deck, a model and answers that survive due diligence. We build all three and rehearse the room with you.
Scaling what works
The company runs but the next stage needs structure: hires, pricing, and a plan longer than a quarter.

One team behind every stage of your startup
Experts with over 25 years of diversified business experience, working on each business as our own. From establishing the idea to growing the company.
- Network. A wide circle of experienced professionals that founders can plug into.
- Trusted. Satisfied clients keep coming back to our certified professionals.
- Partnership over price. We build long term relations, not one-off invoices.
Four steps, no surprises
You know the scope and the price before any work begins.
Appointment
Meet the team, talk through where the startup stands and where it should go. No charge, no obligation.
Engagement
We define the scope together, so both sides know exactly what success looks like before anyone starts.
Quote
You get a clear service plan with pricing in writing. Nothing begins until you have said yes to it.
Delivery
We work alongside you until the thing is delivered and doing its job, not until the hours run out.
Before you call
The things founders ask us most, answered straight.
How much does a pitch deck cost?
It depends on how much of the underlying work already exists. A deck built on a finished business plan and clean financials costs considerably less than one where we build the story, the model and the market sizing from scratch. You get a written quote before anything starts, and nothing begins until you accept it.
How long does an engagement take?
A pitch deck typically runs two to four weeks depending on how quickly we can get time with you. Strategy work is usually four to eight weeks. Mentorship is ongoing by design. We agree the timeline in the scope, so it is not a surprise later.
Do you work with startups outside Egypt?
Yes. We are based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, and work remotely with founders across the region and beyond. Sessions run in Arabic or English, whichever you are more comfortable thinking in.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Not as a rule. We are a consultancy rather than an investor, and charging fees keeps our advice honest and our incentives clear. If a specific engagement makes a case for something different, we will discuss it openly.
Will you introduce us to investors?
We will not sell you a promise of introductions, because no honest consultant can guarantee that. What we do is make you ready for the room, and where there is a genuine fit inside our network we make the introduction.
What if we are not sure which service we need?
Call and describe where you stand. Most founders arrive asking for a deck and actually need the strategy underneath it first. We will tell you that even when it means a smaller engagement.
